My clients are professionals who sell an “intangible” service; intangible in the sense that clients buy their skills and experience rather than soap or cereal. I help my clients give form and feeling by communicating both the benefits for the client and the process they will go through together to produce a result.

Carol works with accountants, architects, bankers, consultants, dentists, doctors, entrepreneurs, financial planners and lawyers. She helps them create a growth plan, using research to understand their practice, identify the best client targets and the most wanted services. This information forms the basis for a plan that sets goals, establishes strategies and prioritizes tactics to create growth.
